What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at Dons Chalet is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early arrival or a late departure, please let us know in advance; we do our best to accommodate these requests based on availability.
Is the chalet pet-friendly?
We love furry friends! Dons Chalet is pet-friendly, though we ask that you notify us during booking. A small additional cleaning fee may apply to ensure the chalet stays pristine for all our guests.
What amenities are included in the kitchen and living areas?
We provide a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. You’ll also find basic spices, fresh linens, and high-speed Wi-Fi. (Optional: The fireplace is stocked with a starter kit of wood for those cozy evenings.)
How many guests can Dons Chalet comfortably accommodate?
Dons Chalet comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests across 3 bedrooms. We also have a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional flexibility. Please see our "Rooms" page for a detailed floor plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made closer to the date, please refer to our full Terms & Conditions or contact us directly to discuss rescheduling options.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes! Dons Chalet offers free private parking for up to 3 vehicles directly on the property. No reservations are required.
